IoT & Robotics Development
From a rough idea or a 3D model to a working IoT device or mini robot — we design, build, and test the prototype, hardware and software together, so you can prove it before you manufacture it.
A working prototype is the fastest way to find out if your idea holds up
Hardware ideas stall in the gap between a sketch and something you can hold. We close that gap. We build our own IoT devices and mini robots in-house, and we do the same for clients: bring a concept, a sketch, or a finished 3D model, and we take it through design, electronics, firmware, and software until you have a prototype that runs.
What We Build
- Custom IoT devices — sensor nodes, smart controllers, and trackers that read the physical world and report to a dashboard or app you can use
- Mini robots & R&D builds — small mobile, arm, and sensor-driven robots for products, research, education, and proof-of-concept demos
- 3D modelling & printing — enclosures, mounts, and mechanical parts designed around your electronics, then printed and fitted
- Embedded firmware — the code that runs on the device itself: sensor reading, motor control, power management, and wireless communication
- Cloud & mobile integration — device-to-cloud messaging, a web dashboard, and a companion app, so the hardware connects to a real product
- Idea-to-prototype development — if you only have an idea, we help turn it into a buildable spec first, then build it
How We Work
- Idea review (free) — we go through your concept, sketches, or 3D model and tell you honestly what is feasible, what it will need, and where the risks are
- Spec & parts plan — a written scope covering the components, the approach, the milestones, and a parts budget before any build begins
- Design & first build — 3D model, circuit, and firmware developed together, then assembled into a first working version
- Test & iterate — the prototype is tested against the behaviour you specified, and we refine it with you through agreed revision rounds
- Handover — you receive the working prototype and the files needed to reproduce or improve it
Who This Is For
Founders and inventors with a hardware idea and no engineering team. Companies who want to add a connected device to an existing software product. Researchers, students, and makers who need a custom robot or sensor rig built to a specification. Anyone who wants to test a concept in the real world before spending on manufacturing.
What You Get
- A working prototype, tested against the behaviour agreed in the spec
- Full source code: firmware, cloud, and app code
- 3D model files (STEP/STL), circuit schematics, and a bill of materials
- Build and usage documentation, so the device can be reproduced and maintained
- Clear notes on what a move from prototype to small-batch production would involve
What a Prototype Is, and Is Not
We build prototypes and proof-of-concept units. Mass production, injection moulding, and regulatory certification are separate stages with their own specialists. We do not claim to cover them, but we will tell you what they require, so your design does not need to be rebuilt when you reach them.
